Lettuce
Frillice
Our frillice lettuce is crisp, curly, and succulent; it has a delightful crunch. This hybrid of iceberg lettuce and curly endive is eaten best raw, as a green salad and as decoration.
Lollo Bionda
Our Lollo Bionda also known as "Green Coral" is a variety of Italian coral lettuce because of its appealing, frilly leaves. It has a crisp texture and a mild, slightly bitter flavour. It is great in salads, burgers, and garnishes.
Butterhead
Our butterhead lettuce has been praised for its tender, buttery texture and subtle, slightly sweet taste. It is perfect for gourmet salads and as a foundation for refined dishes.
Lollo Rosso
The deep red, curly leaves of our Lollo Rosso add a striking touch of colour to salads. It is known by the name "Red Coral". The slightly bitter, nutty flavour of this variety of coral lettuce can contribute to the depth and complexity of a dish.
Cos Lettuce
Mildly sweet with a hint of bitter notes, this sturdy nutrient-dense lettuce has dark green leaves with crispy ribs that offer a nice crunch with every bite. Cos is perfect for a salad, and you can even grill the heart of Cos in olive oil to give it a smoky charred flavour.
Iceberg Lettuce
Our Iceberg Lettuce has a refreshing crunch and can serve as the foundation of dishes with its neutral, slightly sweet flavour profile. These leaves are perfect in a burger or served as a salad with a rich dressing.

Italian Basil
Our Italian Basil features a delightful, fragrant profile with subtle notes of pepper and mint. Their soft, glossy leaves are ideal for elevating sauces, pesto, and fresh garnishes.
Thai Basil
